i was walking nornally and suddenly i fell on the ground. i have really bad injuries in knees and face. what can this be ?

May be dangerous: Hi! Sorry for your injury! Sudden collapse (not just tripping) can be a sign of many different problems (sometimes dangerous heart rhythm problems, for instance). You really need to be check out by a physician. A visit with a primary care physician or an emergency department can help look for causes, and also treat your injuries. I would not delay.
