Right now you have: a healthy weight. I don't advise you to regain weight simply to regain the curves. Adding pounds by eating more may put that weight somewhere you don't want it. The butt contains a lot of muscle; exercise is a healthy way to make it curvier. Your hips may be smaller but your waist may be as well, so you likely look just as curvy now as you did before.
