I normally have very heavy periods with heavy clots too but this month I have I am only spotting is this a reason to worry? I am 38 years old.

Im day 6 of my period but its less than normal, also it came 4 days early. and its stopped then started with a clot or uterine lining it stopped again and i had sm like spotting then started again with a light flow?
