Yes: Duan syndrome is caused by inefficient innervation of lateral and medial rectus due to faulty midbrain development in the 6th wk of pregnancy there is surgical correction available and the treament is possible.you need to take your child to a good pediatric ophthalmologist for treatment

Duane's Syndrome: It depends on her overall phenotype. See, for example, https://www.aapos.org › terms › conditions. Unless there are concomitant hearing problems, she should be able to perform other activities normally, and the eye problems are not progressive, which is good news!!
