Primary infertility: is the definition of your case, a couple trying to conceive for at least one year, and and no success. Unexplained primary infertility occurs in about 10% couples for no apparent reason, that said, it doesn't mean that you sit on it. Both, yourself and your husband need to be evaluated at a fertility clinic, good luck
