Consistent usage: It sounds as though you are taking your oral contraceptive pill (OCP) as directed. Your OCP will be maximally effective on your current regimen, however no contraceptive is 100%. There is still a 1/1000% chance that you can become pregnant following unprotected vaginal intercourse.
