Should be: The available over the counter tests for pregnancy rely on detecting a hormone created by the stalk/mass of embryonic cells created by the early fetus. This can be at a low level very early on but by 3 months it would be at a consistent detectable amount. If you have had a couple periods since you were exposed you are unlikely to be pregnant.
