i have an ache in my midfoot near but more towards 5th metatarsal especially after sitting down for awhile and then standing up. no injury. causes?

Cuboid subluxation: Sometimes the foot tries to bend where it shouldn't at the metatarsal cuboid area and things shift slightly out of place. A GOOD orthotic with a pad placed under the cuboid can start the process of recovery
