Safe sex: There is a lot that goes into 'safe sex' -it first starts with communication. What you describe here sounds more like trauma (or micro trauma) which is very common. Little tears in the skin can result from that sexual activity and sure enough it can burn with urination because urine contains salt (think of salt in the wound). That should get better v. soon. Other problems-like STDs take longer.
