My gynecologist told me that i have backwash the urine how's back inside and it causes me to have discharge if that doesn't go away what do they do to?

Unclear terminology: It is not clear what is meant by the terminology urine backwash. I would contact the gynecologist and ask for clarification. Urine is contained in the bladder and would not be related to vaginal discharge. Vaginal discharge requires testing to determine the cause and treatment.
