Clean and dry: Hi Bob, I assume you mean you cut the skin over the testicle. It should be fine. Keep it clean and as dry as possible until it heals. You can also use a mild antiseptic such as boric acid or other over-the-counter topical antibiotics such as Polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) ointment.
