Not enough info: One needs more info. How old is the child? Is it male or female? What are the results of testing including ana, ccp antibody and the hla-b27? What did x rays or MRI show? You need to answer these before you can receive a more specific answer.

No: There is no way to "outgrow" jra / jia. You have it for life. It can only be put into remission for periods of time from weeks to years, depending on what type of juvenile arthritis it is and how many joints were involved at the time of diagnosis. Kids with more active joints at diagnosis are more likely to flare more often when off meds.
