Depends: It depends what was in your drink besides alcohol (i.e., caffeine, other stimulant), if you took anything else, and the fact that you have underlying anxiety for which you are on an SSRI. While drinking usually causes sedation, your underlying anxiety combined with dancing could have caused the sensation that your heart was racing for hrs. However, even if your normal hr is 55, a hr of 90 is ok.
