2 wk after the start: Conception day is estimated to be 2 weeks after the start of the pregnancy. In this case, the estimated day would be 11 weeks and 2 days ago, if the dating ultrasound is estimating the start day as 13 weeks 2 days ago. In general, the exact day is unimportant (doesn't matter) and can be "plus or minus" one week.
