I had an ultrasound today that dated me 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant, due date of 21st sept. is that when i actually conceived and had intercourse?

No: From a medical/ob standpoint, the pregnancy is dated from the start of the last period. Ovulation and thus conception would have occured approximately 2 weeks later. So, the sexual act that resulted in pregnancy would have occured approximately 11 weeks prior.
