Is scalp micropigmentation safe? i'm thinning on top and on back and thinking of getting this done. need more research though. thanks.

Research: Thinning on top is a nuisance, particularly at your age. Two options: 1: Do some medical research - going to the nearby Library is best. 2: Once you have begun to understand your thinning you should have your Primary doctor refer you to a hair specialist. At age 72 I can assure you that hair loss is not fun initially but works out over time.
