Kind of... but: depends what kind of food u eat. MORE FIBER BASED...,and more water... likely more bulk " Poop" than dense protein based or condensed. calorie food. Fiber is not all digested and ends in gut... out. It is actually healthy. quality various fresh food - way to go! Avoid " Man made " carbs.... indulge in produce.,Moderation is key. Keep moving so gut can move too. Feed your gut with probiotics

Generally yes: If you looked at a person consuming more or less of the same dietary items, they make more poo with more food.However, food selections matter.Diets high in fiber or less digested materials will create more poo volume than those consuming items like potatoes that don't leave much if anything behind.
