Proper workup: This thrombocytopenia is serious and a cause needs to be found. I am going to assume that she is otherwise healthy. It's idiopathic / autoimmune thrombocytopenia until proved otherewise. A competent hematologist needs to investigate now. Forget about this being dengue. Best wishes.
