Get checked: R side of the colon has liquid stool so the pencil thin areas are from the left side. It probable you have irritable bowel syndrome but you should get checked by and internist preferably gastroenterologist. A careful history and possibly office sigmoidoscopy would reveal a lot of information. At your age a malignancy is quite unlikely. However still get checked
