Bad idea: You have no reason to be using a silver based cream on trivial skin lesions. This is a burn-unit medicine. You may end up disfiguring yourself, though silver is more dangerous taken systemically. Cicanov also comes without the silver; if you like this stuff, get the silver-free preparation.
