what is a safe product i can use to kill parasites while nursing and how long should i wait to nurse after ingesting castor oil?

What parasites?: Different drugs are used for different parasites, so a drug can then be recommended based on effectiveness and safety. Although there is no specific data on breast feeding and castor oil, it is reported that very little of the active ingredient in castor oil is absorbed from the intestine, so levels would be very low in B milk and would pass out of the colon with a bowel movement.

Colloidal silver: Two natural treatments I know of are Colloidal silver and grapefruit seed extract, most other treatments are too strong and could harm the fetus. Speak with your OB before taking any home remedies or medicinals for this. If you are lactating I would not be using castor oil at all, find another laxative that is safe
