Should be OK: It's always safest to discard older drugs and use fresh ones, but most drugs are perfectly fine for a long time after their expiration dates and it should be true for Monistat. The date means that potency and side effects haven't been tested for longer times, but usually they are safe and effective much longer if not mishandled, e.g. not sitting on top of a hot radiator.
