Testosterone: While testosterone is an anabolic steroid, clear correlation with cartilage growth is uncertain. It can help with symptoms of arthritis though. It also comes strengthen the muscles surrounding the joint giving a better support. Cartilage regrowth maybe better aided by some injection regenerative therapy
