Full of blood...: A toilet "full of blood" means different things to different people. Usually, a patient calls her primary care doctor to talk about the symptoms. If she has no primary care doctor, she can visit the ER. Whether it is urgent or not depends on lots of factors, such as other underlying health issues, symptoms like dizziness and weakness, the true amount of blood loss, any existing anemia, etc...
