IBD (Crohn's vs UC): Ibd (inflammatory bowel disease) includes a spectrum of disorders that result in gut inflammation with systemic manifestations. Gut involvement in ulcerative colitis is limited to the lining of the colon whereas in crohn's disease there is transmural (full-thickness) inflammation that can involve any portion of the gut (from mouth to anus). Your symptoms are too nonspecific to focus on crohn's.
