Side effects: This drug has many side effect risks and the IBS type are prevalent . It's had very bad public relations and might have been discontinued in use in some places. So, I'd say you might be suffering side effects in the system you have a historic vulnerability. Discuss w/ Dr ASAP - Don't quit on your own - but do get them to use an alternative ASAP!
