Certainly : Ra ca affect other organs and systems beside joints and be sure to tell your rheumatologist about it. Medication side effect is another consideration. Be sure to mention your dizziness.

Probably unrelated: Dizziness is not a component of RA unless there are cardiac issues or other unusual circumstances.
