Unlikely...: Halitosis (bad breath) and "body odor" may reflect underlying gastrointestinal pathology, but would not be expected to result from an appendix that has already been removed (no matter how diseased it may have been pre-operatively). Check first with your dentist and dermatologist for their respective evaluations and recommendations.
