Epididymitis: Hi Juliyan, Most scrotal pain in young men is caused by an infection or inflammation of the sperm ducts (epididymitis). It can be treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicine. It usually takes 3-6 weeks to clear up. The pubic pain is a little more difficult to explain but could also be caused by epidiymitis. Most doctors are knowledgeable about this and can order treatment.
