Some thoughts...: In real life, such an event is not high risk for HIV. Anything is possible in life. People can avoid risks so not to have to worry about catching HIV. One can ask his primary care doctor about when to screen for HIV. If the activities are low risk, the screening might just be routine, perhaps annually if not married and settled down. Avoiding HIV exposures is the key for people who tend to worry.
