Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. If your question was about abnormal lactation then your doctor can do a Prolactin blood test.

Possible mineral def: You could have mineral deficiencies like magnesium and Calcium deficiencies. Try OTC magnesium 400 mg and Calcium citrate 500 mg and see if it helps cramping. From muscle spasms I assume you mean spasm in abdominal wall muscles and not spasm inside abdomen like in intestines

Muscle spasms in you: Stomach, sounds like a gastrointestinal problem.I would suggest you reach out to your primary Doctor.
