Possible mineral def: You could have mineral deficiencies like magnesium and Calcium deficiencies. Try OTC magnesium 400 mg and Calcium citrate 500 mg and see if it helps cramping. From muscle spasms I assume you mean spasm in abdominal wall muscles and not spasm inside abdomen like in intestines
