SIBO. lactose/fructo: Been treated for SIBO? There may be alteration in intestinal bacteria that is affecting digestion, though the lactose intolerance may be more permanent , GI motility as Reglan (metoclopramide) may help check immune markers like ANA. anti centromere, HLA B27 for autoimmune process,lupus, AS,behcets,sceleroderma, even POTS)- as they involve GI Also try probiotic. f/u/ w/ doc
