No, unless...: It is not dangerous for a fart (flatus) to travel forward and into the vagina... unless a person is driving, gets startled, is jostled in the car seat, accidently jerks the steering wheel, runs over the curb,... but that's another story. The fart's noxious gases are of low concentration and not toxic to the vagina. The airborne poop bacteria accompanying are probably not new to the vagina anyway.
