Many things.: Many things can cause this. Some of these can be quite serious including infections or fistulas. You really should see your physician regarding this.

STD trichomonas: Clear/frothy/watery vaginal discharge with fishy odor is highly suggestive of an std infection with trichomonas. I suggest you getting an evaluation and treatment, along with your partner as well. There is no effective otc treatment available for this condition. Thus, a visit to your doc is recommended.
