I have had a cold for about 3 days today. i had some amoxcillin. i took one and feel guilty. im sure its just a cold now can i stop taking it?

Good for you!: Good for you to feel guilty! Apparently you understand that colds are due to viruses and antibiotics make no difference; and that unnecessary antibiotics can be bad for health -- both your own health and that of the community at large, by increasing problems of antibiotic-resistant bacteria that sometimes are life-threatening. Don't take any more ampicilin, and discard the rest.
