Still possible: There is a small failure rate for tubal ligation surgery so yes it is possible for you to be pregnant. Check a home pregnancy test to be sure. Your menstrual pattern suggests a delayed ovulation. There are lots of potential causes: PCOS, thyroid disease, stress, weight gain, certain medications, etc. If it persists then see your physician for evaluation and/or medications (i.e. progesterone).

Right: Keep in mind though that nothing is 100%. Pregnancies after tubal ligation have been reported; but unlikely. Many factors can affect one's cycle. Please refer to my practice page for details.
