Enjoy the answer !: The answer depends on how many you eat. You should keep a stool diary. Vary the number of peanuts eaten and record the stools. In order to avoid bias you should have someone else record the stool caliber/consistency: you just eat the peanuts. After about a month you should have a good idea. Of course every other aspect of your daily routine and diet and exercise etc must remain fixed for the month.
