Normal asymmetry: It is quite normal to have some asymmetry (not the same size) in breast growth. This may persist throughout your life. If there is a sudden change, pain, nipple discharge, lumps etc. this is different and should be examined by your physician.

Most some/few a lot: A little breast asymmetry is common and in some cases this can amount to one half the size of the other. It is common for one side to start before the other, and sometimes the other side does not catch up. If you have stopped growing taller, and the issue is a real drag, discuss it with your mom and decide if you want to check out surgical options with a cosmetic surgeon.
