Motrin or Tylenol (acetaminophen): Hi, I would recommend motrin, and tylenol (acetaminophen) as first line pain medications for a mild skin burn. Aspirin is okay to use, but should be a second or third choice due to it's antiplatelet effect. There are other over the counter medications with different names, but generally contain one of these two medications. Be sure to follow the instructions on the medication label.
