A member asked:

Is cryotherapy a good way of removing flat skin moles assuming they are perfectly healthy ?

No: First you must define the spots. "Moles" is not a medical term and is too vague. Are they keratoses? Lentigo? Nevi? What does "perfectly healthy" mean? Benign? Best approach will be best left to a dermatologist. Note that cryo will cause blisters and is likely to result in permanent white spots.

Not bad option: This is one option. Can leave skin discolor rd and scarred. Can have them cut off. Better results still can be scarred but if done well most likely not
