It's an STD!: You probably have nongonoccal urethritis (NGU). It is an STD, even if standard STD tests are negative. Usually such tests include only gonorrhea and chlamydia, but these miss over half of all urethritis. Probably you still need treatment for NGU (doxycycline or azithromycin). It's not coffee or any food. Find a doctor who understands STDs and genital infections and follow his or her advice.
