A member asked:

Are nuts like almonds bad for high blood pressure patients?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Just the opposite: Tree nuts are great for cardiovascular health. Some people's blood pressure can be sensitive to excess salt, so if nuts are salted blood pressure needs to be watched. Also all people with heart, liver or kidney failure need to avoid excess salt. But nuts are quite healthy.
