The pregnancy: The baby is large now and most like pushing on your lower area. The sciatic nerve gets pushed. Try changing positions but you are due so probably no relief until you deliver

Common : Sciatica or sciatic pain is extremely common in pregnancy, especially late in pregnancy. Having sex can aggravate it more because your positions may stretch the nerve more. Good luck with the upcoming baby.
