RLQ pain: When you ovulate , the egg bursts out of a cyst ( follicle,) that is mid cycle and some women feel it called Mittleschmerz .If on you period( 2 weeks after Mittleschmerz ) may be the cramping/ contactions of uterus from cysts like you said or fibroids or endometriois ,.
