Many possibilities: Belly pain and vaginal discharge could be an infection or stds or a urinary infection or pelvic infection. The only way to know for sure is to see your dr and to tell her/him (confidentially if needed) about your symptoms and let them know if you've had sex so you can be tested for stds and also talk about birth control.
