I keep getting very bad pain in my upper left stomach it starts under ribs and moves upwards the pain feels like fist size almost like pulling?

Must check the heart: Any person with chest pain (even if it starts under the chest) has to go to his doctor or the E.R. to be checked right away for a heart attack. That means not waiting at home to see if it turns into a bad heart attack. As the saying goes, "better safe than sorry". It's hard to guess exactly where the pain is coming from, without an evaluation.
