Want P4 higher: While it's true that the ideal peak progesterone (P4) level is 12 or above, it's still possible to get pregnant on a cycle with a P4 level of 7.5. Your doctor should consider increasing your dose to 100mg next time. The fact that your home pregnancy test is negative pretty much confirms that you are not pregnant.
