Testicular pain: Chronic testicular pain could be many things from undiscovered hernia to epidydemitis to varicose vein in the cord called varicocele to wearing the wrong underwear my advise take a course of NSAIDS like ibuprofen 600 mg po q6h for two weeks If that did not work take Z pack If that did not work change your underwear if you wear boxers wear brief Vic's versa Or see a surgeon for hernia checkup
