Hey me and my gilfriend are both planning on having sex for the first time but i heard it can hurt the girl the first time which i really wouldnt want for her. is there any way to get around this ?

Hmmm....: The pain with first sex idea is overdone. If a woman has a healthy vulva and vagina; if she is very stretchy; if she is happy and relaxed, with lots of natural lubrication; if a guy enters at a good angle, at the right spot; if he moves with small motions until she is well-lubricated and stretched out; there may be little or no hymen tearing nor bleeding. Also, pain is as much mental as physical.
