Mgt: Some viral infections are associated with prolonged cough and wheezing/bronchospasm. I would suggest inquiring about this possible cause. If you have symptoms of a bacterial infection, a secondary infection is also possible. If you should spike a fever, then a chest radiograph can be obtained.
